To purchase products from OralCare4U you will need to enter your delivery & billing details. You will then need to specify the product and quantity of the product you wish to receive and select your payment option.
The OralCare4U online store system is setup to take immediate orders online via credit card (MasterCard™, Visa™).
You will have the opportunity to confirm your credit card details before finalising the transaction. Once your credit card details are verified (usually takes around 6 seconds) your purchase is complete!
This transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Trollplast Pty Ltd.
All prices on this web site are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include gst.
All purchases are acknowledged at current pricing.
Direct Deposit (EFT)
You have the option to use direct deposit if you do not have a credit card. Select ‘EFT’ and our bank account details will appear. Please use your order ID as your deposit reference to allow efficient processing of your payment.
You will have 5 working days to complete your transaction or your order will be cancelled.
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will be sent when the funds have cleared in our account.
You will be re-directed to the PayPal page. Please proceed as per PayPal instructions.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within two working days – please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day replacement guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. We will advise you by email how to return the goods that are to be replaced.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. We reserve the right to use our discretion on whether to refund or exchange goods that have been ordered in error. Returned products must be returned in their original condition (including packaging). All postage, freights and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post freight and that you pre pay all costs. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Trollplast Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
GST & Postage
GST is included in all prices quoted (products and postage).
Absolutely no information posted to our web site or entered into a sales form is ever disclosed to any third party company other than for the purpose of credit card purchase validation. We do not share any consumer data. We will use this information internally to promote our products to our customers
